The window
Tell us within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and in the condition they arrived in.
How to start one
Message Royalblooms.co🌸 directly and we will arrange it. If we cannot agree, you can raise a dispute through Aurelua and the payment stays held until it is resolved.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from, usually within five working days of the return being received.
